In addition to the personal trainer and the cardio, I've been doing my hot yoga! I feel great, but still haven't lost much weight :( BUT....I do believe my pants are fitting better so...YAY ME!
Wednesday she worked my quads and I still don't have full functioning capability with my legs, but I think I'll manage! Tonight is yoga, so here's hoping it'll losen me up a bit!!! Wish me luck!
