So today is day 2 of no drops! After going to the gym Friday and finding out my Body Fat percentage was 23%, my fiancée and I decided that my stalling is probably due to the fact that I just don't have the body fat to lose anymore! Which is not necessarily a bad thing! :) lol..I have been hovering around the 130 mark for just over a week now with minor fluctuations up and down. The way we see it....I have been working out for 8 straight months and I have most likely put on a few lbs of muscle. We both feel that 130 is probably my healthy weight at this point!
However, I will be going to the gym everyday just like before, to tone up my trouble areas and our deal still stands! The 6 month countdown started on January 1st...so these are the stipulations.... 1. I can gain as much weight as I want as long as my inches stay the same or smaller or 2. I can gain inches as long as my weight stays the same or less! Kind of confusing but it makes sense to us! lol I am so motivated it's not even funny! Can't wait to start doing my high intensity work outs again!! Size 6 jeans...here I come!
