before and after pics



My final weigh in weight was 143.8!!!!!

I lost a total of 34.6lbs on my first 49 day round and a total of 17 inches all over!!!


For the next 5 weeks I will be eating 1100-1500 calories to program my metabolism to maintain my current weight! So far I am up 2lbs since my last day on the VLCD
:( However it is normal to gain a little and lose a little through out the maintenance phase (Phase 3). As long as my weight stays between 141.8 and 145.8 it's fine. As of this morning I weighed 145.8! If it is up again tomorrow I will do a steak day!

  1. I am so proud of you Jen and you look absolutely amazing, Miss SkinnyPants! Don't freak out about the up and down. I did the first week cuz I was so used to it going down down down, but once I realized I developed a patter of up a pound, down .4, down .6; up a pound and back down. I stay within 2 lbs either way. Just relax and count those calories. Don't consume too much dairy. I know you want to cuz you miss it, but I use it once or twice at the max a day. I count my TBSP of milk in my coffee as dairy. Make sure you still eat enough veggies and protien too. You will do great!!!! Oh and continue to do the ACV everyday!!!!
