Current weight=134

R1 & R2 weight loss=44.4

OK followers...get ready for this...I am a 100% complete IDIOT! You know how there are people that are GREAT at advice, but then rarely take there own????....well that person would be me...It has been brought to my attention that I have NOT been hitting my 500 cals like I thought because I got cocky and stopped weighing my food thinking I could tell by looking how much I was eating! Turns out I have only been consuming about 300 cals for the last week and a half AND exercising like a champ....low and behold a crazy stall in weight loss. I consumed 420 calories yesterday(realized too late that I hadn't hit my 500), did not go to the gym and had a #2 and I managed to lose 2.6lbs this morning!! that means I only have 9lbs to go til I hit my 125 goal and 19lbs to hit my 115! I am feeling more positive then ever!!! So some advice to you hcg-ers....WEIGH EVERYTHING YOU CONSUME!!! AND DO NOT CHEAT!!! Best advice I can give!!
