So yesterday was an "f"-ed up day! Eating schedule wise and no gym. I'm not discouraged though. I know it is do to not eating on schedule, no cheats, just an off day! Tomorrow will be better! I'm going to the gym tonight so I should have a decent loss tomorrow morning! and tomorrow it week one's measurements!
