R1 - P4 - D2

So far I have been maintaining! I am actually still down .8lbs from my LDW! On December 11th I will be starting round 2 and I am super stoked to lose my remaining 28.2lbs! I am starting to feel great and look great! Tonight I actually ran, when I say ran I mean RAN, a 5k on the treadmill! It was exhilarating!! I am no longer looking forward to being skinny;however, I AM looking forward to being fit and healthy! A new goal to add to the list is having a six pack by the time I'm 30!! 355 days to go! :)

R1 - P3 - D20

So...I totally made it! One more day on Phase 3 and not only am I down 1lb from my last day weight( current weight=142.8), but today is also Thanksgiving! I enjoyed a few good dishes and I successfully stayed away from the mashed taters, rolls and stuffing!OH.....AND any and all desserts! I know...I'm a rock star!!! J/K! but I am proud of myself! :) this is the first Thanksgiving where I haven't left feeling like I am about to hurl! lol! 15 days to go before Round 2! I can not wait to shed the remaining 27.8lbs! woo hoo!

R1 - P3 - D10

So....Phase 3 is not at all as hard as I thought it would be!! It is actually pretty easy. I am still making the right food choices and I also find that I crave healthy food! yeah..I know...WEIRD! I have been staying within my 2lb over/under. Some days I'm a hair above where I ended and some days are like this where I am up 1.8lbs, but I'm not worried about it at all! I'm exercising, eating healthy and that's what matters. I am still not eating sugars or carbs and quite honestly I don't really miss them! I am totally surprised by that! I have introduced some cheese, but not a lot. Just enough for a little bit of the cheese flavor. Usually less than an ounce. I have 11 days left on maintenance and then another 14 days til I get to start round 2! I can't wait to shed the remaining lbs! I have 20.6lbs to go, as of today, to hit my goal weight of 125, but I'm feeling greedy and I think I am going to push for another 10lbs to get me closer to 115! :)

My final weigh in weight was 143.8!!!!!

I lost a total of 34.6lbs on my first 49 day round and a total of 17 inches all over!!!


For the next 5 weeks I will be eating 1100-1500 calories to program my metabolism to maintain my current weight! So far I am up 2lbs since my last day on the VLCD
:( However it is normal to gain a little and lose a little through out the maintenance phase (Phase 3). As long as my weight stays between 141.8 and 145.8 it's fine. As of this morning I weighed 145.8! If it is up again tomorrow I will do a steak day!

R1 - P2 - D49 Last Day on the VLCD

All I can say is WOW! I DID IT! I made it through the 2nd phase of the HCG diet! AND I feel GREAT!!! I could not have done it with out everybody's support! Thank you all SOOO much! I am now on to Phase 3 tomorrow which means I am now in control of my food choices!! SCARY! eating only 500 calories a day was hard at first, but as the days flew by, I started to realize how much easier it is to be told what to eat everyday! My diet was very restrictive! it told me what to it, how much to eat and did all the math work for me....NOW it's my turn! I have to pick the right foods, make the right amount and do the research! The next 5 weeks will be a true test of my will power, food knowledge and determination! My last weigh in is tomorrow morning along with my after photos and last measurements! YAY! I better see a difference damn it!! LOL I will keep in touch through this blog through out my maintenance phase, so I can let you all know how it goes! You guys have no idea just how good it feels for me to start something this intense and follow through to the bitter-sweet end! I feel like I have accomplished so much, but yet...it's still just the beginning of a long road ahead! I started this diet because I was determined to look like the pretty people on tv never ONCE considering how it would change me emotionally! Now it's not just about looking good, but feeling good about me!

Even though I had a weight GAIN today...I'm not discouraged! I did not cheat, but I did eat an apple late last night cause I was having a major sweet tooth! On top of that...Monday I did some pretty intense exercising and was down 2lbs Tuesday morning! All day yesterday I was dizzy and extremely light headed and all together not feeling very good! I am chalking the weight gain up to A. working out to hard and B. eating a high calorie fruit late last night! I should be back on track tomorrow morning! I've been drinking plenty of water and I am feeling A LOT better today! No dizzy spells! I am also concerned about my after photos on the 6th cause TOM is creeping up on the horizon and is scheduled to touch down on the 6th as well! Either way...even with a little bloating there should still be a significant change between my before and after pics!

All I can say is YEE HAW!!! 33.8lbs gone! 3 days left and 1.2lbs left to lose to hit 35! I am soo excited and happy I can barely contain myself!! after pics will be posted November 6th!
