Looks like I won't be hitting my 127.6 by tomorrow morning, but I'm ok with that! I had a long weekend! Went out to eat TWICE!! Even though I made healthy choices.... restaurant food is restaurant food!! I'm not concerned though....I also didn't get to the gym Friday and Saturday cause Ryan was out of town and I visited friends(hence the eating out), but I did not have a gain this morning so I am happy about that!
I didn't get to the gym yesterday either, but I did go to football practice and killed myself for 3 hrs...I am assuming that is why I was able to maintain! I have my reprogramming at the gym tonight and I am also doing one last steak day before maintenance is over! I can't believe tomorrow is my last day!! Still feels like I just started! As of right now I am down a total of 46.4lbs since I started back in September and I feel and look amazing! Good luck to all of you doing this diet! WOW! 1 1/2 hrs and 1125 calories later on the elliptical and I lost 1.4lbs!! Finally back in the 120's and back at my LDW! Great start to my morning! I only have a few days this week to really push myself at the gym, so I'm gonna make those days count! Tonight's goal....2hrs on the elliptical! Only one week left on P3 and I'm done! the last 4 months have seriously flown by!!

Still maintaining! :) My weight has been fluctuating, but I am staying with in my 2lbs, so I feel great! hard to believe I am already half way through maintenance! 11 days to go and I am completely off the HCG protocol!! Kinda scary, but I have learned so much! I still make great choices and I crave the right kinds of food now! I can not wait to rock my two piece on my honeymoon!!

So far so good! I am maintaining perfectly..I am up a little, but I am still with in my 2lb up/down window! I am laying off all "NUT" products...peanuts, PB, almonds, walnuts and cashews to be more specific! I was craving them so bad I think I over dosed and my belly was NOT liking it! :) Also, it is my big week before TOM which is when I usual retain a bunch of water, so no worries here! Loving that I can continue to make healthy choices, maintain and best of all...exercise until I can no longer walk!!! that is the best part! Measurements probably won't be too great this weekend due to bloating *UGH* but I can feel myself thinning out every day! Good lord my days have been busy! I have not forgotten about all my followers! Today is day 4 of maintenance and I have already lost a LB!!! BUT....I have not been sitting on my butt! I have gone to the gym everyday so far this week except Tuesday night. Every night I have been pushing myself harder and harder. I think I am addicted to cardio! not even kidding! I can not wait for Ryan to get home and the kids to leave so I can go work out! I feel amazing and I have lost another 1/2" from my hips and 1/2 " from my bust! hips=YAY!!! bust=Bummer :( but the exercise is working! I am up to about 1200 calories a day since I am burning way more calories exercising now! What can I say....I feel good, look good and my man can't keep his hands (and eyes) off me! LOL

I keep forgetting to post my measurement results!! I suck...I know... but here they are. Since the beginning of time (September 18th, 2010 to be exact) I had what I felt were my goal measurements in mind! So let's take a look at how close I have come in 4 months!!!

After looking at the chart I have lost a total of 33 inches in 4 months! I still have 5 inches to go and I am going to work out everyday until my goals are met!!

I think I did my math wrong the other day. I am at a grand total of 49lbs lost so far between R1 and R2! YAY! I didn't do anything different yesterday besides going all out at the gym last night! And I mean ALL OUT! It felt great. Maybe I just need more exercise than the hcg vlcd recommends?....Who knows! But I did lose 1.8lbs which makes me feel great cause it dropped me below 130!Today is also the last day of the 500 calories and then on to maintenance! can't wait to lose the last 4.4lbs and hopefully the 5 inches I have left! (4" on my waist and 1" on my hips!) I am excited for the rest of my life to begin and to maintain on my own WITH OUT the HCG, but it's nice to know it's there if I need it in the future, but hopefully I have learned enough to make this my last and final round! I will also keep this blog going so all of you know what life is like after HCG!

So today is day 2 of no drops! After going to the gym Friday and finding out my Body Fat percentage was 23%, my fiancée and I decided that my stalling is probably due to the fact that I just don't have the body fat to lose anymore! Which is not necessarily a bad thing! :) lol..I have been hovering around the 130 mark for just over a week now with minor fluctuations up and down. The way we see it....I have been working out for 8 straight months and I have most likely put on a few lbs of muscle. We both feel that 130 is probably my healthy weight at this point!
However, I will be going to the gym everyday just like before, to tone up my trouble areas and our deal still stands! The 6 month countdown started on January 1st...so these are the stipulations.... 1. I can gain as much weight as I want as long as my inches stay the same or smaller or 2. I can gain inches as long as my weight stays the same or less! Kind of confusing but it makes sense to us! lol I am so motivated it's not even funny! Can't wait to start doing my high intensity work outs again!! Size 6 jeans...here I come!

Dear blog,
It's been 3 days since my last confession....just kidding! but really..confessions are in order. I got cocky and decided I'd be fine having a few drinks New Years Eve. all was well the next morning with an incredible weight loss but it DID NOT last long. I have been steadily climbing since then. actually more of an up and down, but it still resulted in weight gain. Yesterday I did an apple day since I had pretty much stalled for 5 days and I am happy to report I lost 2.2lbs this morning bringing me back down to 130 and just ounces away from the 120's again!! I have promised myself that I will be a good girl for the remaining time I have left on this diet! no more room for screw ups!! only 17 days left and 5lbs to go to hit my goal. If by some miracle I happen to lose 15 lbs in the next 17 days I will be ecstatic!!! but realistically...the 5lbs is what I definitely need to lose to hit my first and very important(to me) goal of 125! I'm down to the wire now, so here's hoping I go out with a bang like my 1st round!!

Ok...so it has definitely been a few days! I totally forgot to do measurements this weekend with everything that was going on. However, I did hit my goal of getting into the 120's by New Year's Day, but over the last feww days I went up and then down again. So as of today I am holding strong to 130.8 leaving me with 5.8lbs to lose in 20 days which is totally doable! it's 15.8lbs that is seeming no longer possible, but I am not giving up! even if I don't hit 115 while on this diet I WILL hit 115 on my own! I have learned soooo much about food and exercise that there is no way I can't lose weight just eating right and exercising! since this time last year I have lost 50lbs! since I started the HCG I have lost 47lbs! I have hit so many goals I'm starting to lose count!
