Today is a little better than yesterday, as far as keeping busy. I woke up and made the family breakfast so I could have something to clean! (Sad...I know!) Went to the gym for awhile and then came home and cleaned a little more. Now I am just trying to keep busy researching stuff on the com! I'm not very happy about the weight gain, but I am still going to blame it on my period because I am feeling rather bloated today and all together BLAH! I was expecting this week to be a rough week, so I haven't let myself get discouraged yet!

Considering I started my period this morning...I'm pretty happy with my results! I lost a whole 1.5" off my waist and .8lbs. Today was a pretty hard day. I've noticed that when there is not a lot for me to do around the house "The Hunger" attacks. And of course when "The Hunger" hits the "Mood Monster" is in full swing!! I guess I just have to remember to keep myself busy!!!

So...I realized this morning I was a week off when calculating my period. It actually starts tomorrow which would make sense of yesterdays weight GAIN! I am no longer disappointed! Seeing as most all women retain water during their menstrual cycle. Which also means I am more than pleased with todays weight LOSS! A little tired today. Not a lot of energy, but it is the end of the week and the monsters take a lot out of me! I'm looking forward to taking it easy this weekend with the family.

Very disappointed with today :( I don't know if it had to do with the onion I ate (since it's the first time I've eaten an onion on this diet) or because I hadn't had a snack the last couple days so my body hung on to it....Pretty clueless right now! I didn't feel any different yesterday, but I am approaching my period soon so maybe I'm already starting to retain water........? Well....tomorrow is another day so we'll see how it goes! I have measurements coming up again on Saturday, so wish me luck!!

I had an awesome weight loss today. Very excited! Not sure if it had to do with the gym yesterday or what, but 1.4lbs is AMAZING! Everyday gets easier and easier! :)

Today was a good day. My sis and mom came to visit w/ the baby muppet. I think "The Hunger" is officially under control, especially since I keep forgetting to eat my damn snacks. I have been feeling a little more light headed than usual, so I am assuming that is from the lack of calorie intake. I need to remember tomorrow. I went to the gym today. I spent 30mins on the treadmill, did a 30min AB circuit and spent 30mins in the sauna. It felt awesome! Let's see if it pays off tomorrow.

Ok...so...I couldn't wait 'til later to post this!! I lost 2lbs today and that loss has officially knocked me down into the 150's...159 to be exact!! I have this overwhelming feeling of accomplishment! I knew I would lose weight on this diet, but I never imagined I'd lose just shy of 20lbs in 15 days! I am beginning to feel like a whole new person! On a side note to all of you that read this...my sister insisted I let everyone know about my "bathroom experience" this morning!! lol It is normal, on this diet, to go a few days with out a "bowel movement". The last couple days I had begun to feel slightly bloated and hadn't pooped so I took a laxative last night before. This is NOT against protocol. They recommend using the "Smooth move organic herbal laxative tea". However, my tea hadn't arrived yet so I used an over the counter brand. Needless to say, this morning I felt the affects. Yes it did assist me in losing the 2lbs, but laxatives are not to be used BY ANY MEANS to lose weight. Excessive use can cause damage to your insides. Only use as recommended. I do feel better and my bloating has subsided. AND did I forget to mention......
I"M IN THE 150's!!!!! YEE HAW!!!

Yay for measurements! I am definitely losing inches...6 inches all over to be exact! AND...It's only been 2 weeks!! However, my weight loss today was not very impressive :( Hopefully tomorrow the scale will decide to be my friend! I accidentally forgot to eat my snack today so I am hoping that does not affect my weight in a negative way! Only 1.1lbs to go until I am officially in the 150's! Here's hoping I'll get to see those numbers tomorrow! My fingers are crossed!!!!!

Ok...So "The Hunger" has not been to kind to me today! I have felt like I am starving all day!! Very frustrating!! But it might be because (as I just noticed) I did not have any tea or coffee today, so I am going to assume that's why! Other than that...just another day! Measurements tomorrow!! woo hoo!

So...we ended up not doing measurements, cause Ryan had to work early! Measurements are scheduled for Sunday morning! Today was a pretty easy day (as far as the diet goes). I had plenty of stuff to keep my mind off of eating. My sister came over w/ my niece and we had a play date with the daycare kids! I also made cinnamon rolls for the kids and surprisingly I did not get those crazy hunger pains when smelling the yummyness! It's been getting a little easier everyday!
