SO...I have come up with a solution to my problems...Make my sister help me with every aspect of the wedding planning (not that she doesn't already want to) and get on the HCG diet (more like HCG BOOT CAMP). Talk about a diet plan from HELL!
Thanks to my cousin who is actually on this diet and has lost a huge amount of weight, I have decided I should jump on the band wagon! I will be using the HCG drops this round (there are also injections you can take, but they are a lot more expensive and I mean A LOT) For the next two weeks I am going to prepare myself mentally because it's not only a diet, but also a lifestyle change! They also suggest you make a list of all the reasons you want to lose the weight to help keep you focused on the goal so here I go:
1. To look beautiful in my wedding dress
2. So I can take part in the "clothing optional" part of our honeymoon stay in Mexico!
3. So I don't have to shop in the "women's" section to buy jeans(I hate pants that button right under the boobs)
4. To have Ryan look at me in that way...you all know what I mean! ;)
5. So I don't feel disgusted to look at myself naked :( (nothing attractive about cellulite and unsightly bulges)
So far I'll stick with these 5...I will add more later as they come to me!! As for today I am a little stressed and excited! Just hoping I'll be able to stick to the strict rules!! Wish me luck!
