So this blog is to give people, who are interested in the HCG Diet, a REAL LIFE testimonial. I'm an average, overweight female who wants to look sexy, not only on my wedding day, but for the rest of my life!! That is of course until they gray hair and wrinkles and all that other stuff ya get when ya get old finally kicks in :(!
I'll be breaking down everyday by the current "Round" (R) , "phase" (P) and
"Day" (D). Then followed by how much weight I've lost/gained (+/-).
The "round" is basically the diet itself. It lasts about 12 weeks. 6 weeks you take the drops and eat a 500 calorie diet, 3 weeks you maintain and 3 weeks of normal everyday life! After those 12 weeks, if you haven't reached your weight loss goal, you can start the diet sequence again which would be considered "round 2" My daily posts will look a little like this..

And a brief description of my energy levels, my food cravings (if any), my daily food/beverage intake and my overall mind set on that day!! Like I said before...this will be my diet journal! :)
Pretty simple! Tomorrow morning I will be posting before pics (UGH :() my weight and my measurements!! Woo Hoo! 125...HERE I COME!!!
