R1 - P2 - D10

Previous weight= 164.4
Current weight= 163.8
Loss/Gain= .6

Total weight loss= 14.6

Breakfast- Lots of black coffee
1/2 grapefruit

Lunch- 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast
7oz steamed radishes

Snack- 1 navel orange
1 grissini bread stick

Dinner- 4oz top round steak
7oz steamed cabbage

I didn't go to bed last night hungry...VERY surprising! I think it was do to watching "The Biggest Loser" knowing this diet will help me to NOT become an eligible contestant! :) However I am very excited....I only have 4 more lbs to lose before I am officially in the 150's! I haven't seen that weight in over 8 years!!!!! I have also noticed my clothes are fitting better. I actually had to wear a BELT yesterday...How cool is that!!??
I have had a lack of energy the last couple days, but I found that it is normal. Days 5-9 have been reported tough and also a turning point for some, so that was encouraging! Right now I am concentrating on a goal of .5lbs of weight loss a day. I feel, for myself, that 1-2lbs a day is unrealistic since I really don't have a lot of fat to lose!
I have measurements again Friday and I am fairly certain I'll see some good results!
