Breakfast- A LOT of black coffee(no milk or sweetener)
Navel orange

Lunch- 3.5oz Top Round steak
7oz peeled, sliced cucumber

Snack- 1 sea salt Grissini breadstick(6.5g)
Apple

Dinner- 3.5oz Tilapia
7oz steamed Asparagus

I figured I would start posting earlier, so I could fit more in! I ordered more of my "smooth move" medicinal herbal tea since I haven't lost much weight the past few days. Maybe a nice gentle laxative will kick start the system!! YUM! I am having a hard time with smells lately! I run a daycare out of my house and I am always making yummy food for the kids! Today they made homemade personal pizzas....Talk about TORTURE!!!!!!!! I almost caved in and ate some...Had you been able to hear my angel and devil arguing the pro's and con's...it probably would have been pretty entertaining! Fast food commercials are also the enemy! If you can avoid TV...DO IT! I have gone to bed feeling starved the last couple nights craving Burger king, McDonalds, Jack-in-the-box, and all that other crap I can't eat.

  1. You're so right about the fast food commercials! Looks amazing.... The only thing that keeps me from eating fast food now is the bad memories of the bathroom about an hour after the last time I had a fish sammich from McDs...omg that was horrible.
    Keep it up cuz, you are awesome!!
