I didn't lose as much as previous days, BUT...it is still a loss and I am more than happy with it!! As for today....We took measurements!! :) and I will have to say I was very pleased with the results!!

Today was much better than yesterday for weight loss! and her are the measurements!!
Previous measurements:
Waist= 40.5 Hips= 44 Chest= 39 Thighs= 22 Arms= 13.5
Current measurements:
Waist= 40 Hips= 43.5 Chest= 38 Thighs= 22 Arms= 13.5
2" overall loss in ONE week! How cool is that?!
So arms and legs stayed the same, but my problem areas lost some inches!
As for my feelings on this diet...I couldn't be happier! I no longer crave food UNLESS (and that is a big UNLESS) I smell it! My hunger has definitely subsided and in a way I have actually found myself looking forward to eating the diet food. I have a potluck brunch to go to tomorrow and I am stressing! Usually at these kinds of family functions I eat the ENTIRE time, so I guess tomorrow will be a true test of my determination to follow through with this diet from beginning to end! Wish me luck!
Oh yeah....2 more reasons to lose weight:
6. So I don't feel like I am crushing Ryan when I am on top during sex
7. I want to be able to wrap my bath towel all the way around me :) (it's been a long time since I've been able to do that)
You did AWESOME at the Pot-luck--good for you. I can't believe you asked me to finish Blake's ice cream!=)
ReplyDeleteyeah...lol...I've noticed I have been slowly fattening up the people around me! Poor Ryan is going to over dose on the yummy food I keep cooking since I'm not allowed to eat it!!
