All I have to say is WOW! 1.2lbs lost today! I am sooo happy! It's been a couple days since I hit a lb+! Almost to that 150 mark! Today my hunger seems to be under control! No cravings! No hunger pains! Last night was a different story. My hunger definitely got the best of my attitude. I had a hard time focusing and even keeping a conversation w/ Ryan. I HATE when "The Hunger" hits. It's totally mood altering. I did skip the fruit at snack time which is probably why I felt so hungry, but the reason I skipped the fruit is to get my body losing weight again. It's ok to do that as long as you make up the calories with the veggies and proteins equally! I'm skipping my snack fruit again today to see if it helps with the weight loss. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I drink a gallon of water A DAY! It helps to flush the fat out of the system...so I'm told! So far it seems to be working! I will be taking measurements Friday morning(Tomorrow) instead of Saturday morning since Ryan has to leave early. It's one day sooner, but I don't think one day will make that big a difference! I'll post them tomorrow to show how I did!
