Breakfast- 1 Apple
Coffee

Lunch- 3.5oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
70z steamed radishes

Snack- 1 Grissini Bread stick

Dinner 3.5oz Tilapia
7oz Steamed Cabbage

So...I realized this morning I was a week off when calculating my period. It actually starts tomorrow which would make sense of yesterdays weight GAIN! I am no longer disappointed! Seeing as most all women retain water during their menstrual cycle. Which also means I am more than pleased with todays weight LOSS! A little tired today. Not a lot of energy, but it is the end of the week and the monsters take a lot out of me! I'm looking forward to taking it easy this weekend with the family.
