R1 - P2 - D14 & measurements

Previous weight= 161.2
Current weight= 161
Loss/Gain= .2

Total weight loss= 17.4

Breakfast- Green tea
Apple

Lunch- 3.5oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
10.5oz Peeled Cucumber

Snack- I forgot to eat (not good)

Dinner- 3.5oz Tilapia
10.5oz Cooked Asparagus

Beginning measurements:

Waist= 40.5" Hips= 44" Bust= 39" Thighs= 22" Arms= 13.5

Week 1 measurements:

Waist= 40" Hips= 43.5" Bust= 38" Thighs= 22" Arms= 13.5"

Week 2 measurements:

Waist= 39" Hips= 42 Bust= 37.5" Thighs= 21.5" Arms= 13"

Yay for measurements! I am definitely losing inches...6 inches all over to be exact! AND...It's only been 2 weeks!! However, my weight loss today was not very impressive :( Hopefully tomorrow the scale will decide to be my friend! I accidentally forgot to eat my snack today so I am hoping that does not affect my weight in a negative way! Only 1.1lbs to go until I am officially in the 150's! Here's hoping I'll get to see those numbers tomorrow! My fingers are crossed!!!!!

  2. Keep me posted Tiff! I am excited to hear about your results! And don't get discouraged! From the sounds of it...I am cruising along at an amazing rate! Most women average 20lbs by day 26! I do recommend using the weight off drops as well if you are not using them already!!
