Breakfast- 1 Navel Orange
Coffee

Lunch- 3.5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Tomato

Snack- Forgot to eat one again. I keep getting distracted.

Dinner- 3.5oz Tilapia
10.5oz Peeled Cucumber

Today was a good day. My sis and mom came to visit w/ the baby muppet. I think "The Hunger" is officially under control, especially since I keep forgetting to eat my damn snacks. I have been feeling a little more light headed than usual, so I am assuming that is from the lack of calorie intake. I need to remember tomorrow. I went to the gym today. I spent 30mins on the treadmill, did a 30min AB circuit and spent 30mins in the sauna. It felt awesome! Let's see if it pays off tomorrow.
