Breakfast- Coffee
1 Apple

Lunch- 3.5oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tomato

Snack- 2 Grissini Bread sticks

Dinner- 3.5oz Tilapia
1 Onion

I had an awesome weight loss today. Very excited! Not sure if it had to do with the gym yesterday or what, but 1.4lbs is AMAZING! Everyday gets easier and easier! :)
