Dinner- 3.5oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Today was another shitty day. I'm starting to feel very frustrated! I am up .2lbs today. My eating habits are the same, I'm taking the drops like I am suppose to yet for some reason I am at a stall....UGH!!!! I have tried the laxative tea, the apple day and I have cut out my afternoon fruit! All I can think is my lack of cardio is affecting my weight loss. For the last week and a half I have not been able to get to the gym like I use to. Between being sick, being out of town and being on my period the last week has sucked! I am still down 24.8lbs in 31 days, but I was still hoping for better results! So for the last 18 days of the VLCD I am going to make a point of going to the gym everyday to get in my 30 mins of cardio...After that when I'm on the maintenance phase I am going to go balls out at the gym!!!! I have 18 days to mentally and physically prepare myself to get up at 4am every morning to do 1 hr of cardio and when Ryan gets home go back to the gym and do another hour of cardio and a half hour of resistance training!! I may not lose weight on the maintenance phase but by god I better lose some damn inches! Cause I know the number isn't what counts! It's the inches lost that change the way you look and feel! I WILL be a size 8 by my wedding damn it!!!!!

  1. Wow,sounds like you have had alot going on the last few weeks. I dont think you should get too discouraged, it sounds like your body has been under stress with being sick, going out of town, and your cycle. Give your body a few days to bounce back, and try to keep your spirits up! Also, make sure your getting atleast 500 calories in. They actually reccommend 520-530 calories. Maybe instead of taking away your afternoon fruit, you should keep that, and add another vegetable. Your body might be used to the exact calorie count and you may need to trick it. I think I read somewhere that if you are at a plateau for a few days to do a steak day? Im pretty sure that I read that on a download from the website! Just keep your head up and you will be "releasing" weight again in no time! You got this! (and btw, Im impressed by your drive!)

  2. I am losing weight again! YAY! I only have 9 days left and then on to maintenance! I like the trick the body suggestion. I was not sure if a diet can make you plateau in the same way an exercise routine can, but I now know it is possible! I have changed things up a bit and I am back on track!
