Breakfast- Apple

Lunch- 3.5oz Tilapia
2 tomatoes

Snack- 2 Grissini bread sticks

Dinner- 3.5oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
7oz Asparagus

Ok...So "The Hunger" has not been to kind to me today! I have felt like I am starving all day!! Very frustrating!! But it might be because (as I just noticed) I did not have any tea or coffee today, so I am going to assume that's why! Other than that...just another day! Measurements tomorrow!! woo hoo!
